Health Guarantee

Short-Term Health Guarantee:
The puppy has been checked by a licensed vet before going home and was found to be healthy, with all the required vaccinations listed in the health records provided to you. To keep this guarantee valid, you must take the puppy to a licensed vet for an exam within 5 days of receiving it, at your own cost. If the vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale during this period, you can return the puppy to the breeder for a full refund. The vet must provide a written statement saying the puppy is "unfit for purchase" and send it to the breeder within 48 hours of the exam.

Please note that this guarantee doesn’t cover:

  • Health issues caused by mistreatment, abuse, or neglect from the buyer

  • Health issues that happen during transportation from the breeder to you

  • Minor illnesses or issues like respiratory infections, allergic reactions, stress-related diarrhea, parasites, contagious viruses (like parvovirus), UTIs, vaginitis, or umbilical hernias.

Long-Term Health Guarantee:
The breeder offers a 1-year health warranty from the puppy's date of birth for any serious congenital conditions. This includes issues like eye retina displacement, thyroid disease, and heart disease. If your puppy shows signs of a possible debilitating congenital condition, you should let the breeder know right away and provide any vet records they ask for. The breeder will then have the chance to take the puppy to a vet of their choice for an examination.
